Susan Fishlock is a Managing Director within Kaye/Bassman's Banking Practice. Her extensive search experience crosses multiple verticals within the industry, including all areas of lending (commercial, real estate, corporate, asset-based, professional and executive, syndication/mezzanine and energy), credit management, private banking, trust, investment banking, operations and retail.

Susan and her team of search professionals have the expertise, market knowledge and proven track record in placing all levels of professionals within the banking industry. She has been integrally involved in the management of searches for some of the nation's leading financial services companies and large "money center" banks, as well as regional and community banks. Her practice is on a national basis, with the ability to seamlessly conduct searches internationally through the firm's close affiliation with global search partners.

Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman in 1995, Susan managed the marketing and business development activities for several well-established consulting companies. She has been the recipient of numerous performance awards, including recognition as Kaye/Bassman's Search Consultant of the Year and was consistently ranked as one of the top Search Consultants in a national network of 4000 recruiters. Susan holds a BA degree from the University of Rhode Island.
