Jeff joined Kaye/Bassman in 1998 as a Search Consultant within the Construction & Real Estate Practice and in 2000 became a Practice Leader and Partner.  In 2006, Jeff transitioned off his practice and became Chief Leadership Officer and a member of the Executive Team.  As a Search Consultant, he built one of the most successful search teams in the firm, as well as, helped scale the Construction & Real Estate Practice into the largest and most successful in Kaye/Bassman's history.  As Chief Leadership Officer, he was responsible for helping determine the overall strategic direction, governance, organizational development and talent acquisition for not only Kaye/Bassman but also Next Level Communications and Next Level Recruiting Training.

Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman, Jeff oversaw two divisions for one of the fastest growing privately held companies in America.  Prior to that, Jeff held positions as Director of Leasing and Director of Soft Goods Trade Shows for the Dallas Market Center.

Jeff received his bachelor of business administration degree from the University of North Texas.  He serves on the Professional Leadership Program's advisory board at the University of North Texas, Attitudes & Attire's board and is involved in Kaye/Bassman's Charitable Foundation. Jeff played and coached soccer for two of the premier youth programs in the country and finished his playing career at the semi-professional level. He lives with his wife, son and two dogs in Plano, Texas.
