Compared to over two decades ago, women are playing a vital role in the workforce and have made great progress since. It’s great to be empowered by extraordinary female leaders in a variety of industry segments. “Yet despite how far we’ve come, a recent report from LeanIn.org and McKinsey & Co. found that while roughly 3 in 4 companies claim that gender diversity is a top priority for their CEO, only 37 percent of female workers believe it. And less than half of their male colleagues do,” explained Marilyn Hewson.

- Be there
- Beware of hidden biases
- Reward results
