Manager of Therapy Services Position Details
An integrated not-for-profit Health System is looking for a Manager of Therapy Services for its dedicated Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, focusing on Neuro-rehab, TBI, Spinal cord injury and stroke. Located in the Sierra Nevada area, the Therapy Manager will provide leadership for the hospital’s inpatient rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy, as well as fiscal management and regulatory compliance.
This position offers the unique opportunity to work with a talented team of physicians, therapists and nurses in the development of a specialized neuro-rehabilitation hospital within an integrated health network.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy Program
- Able to obtain a state license in your specific discipline
- Experience in program development
- Knowledge in regulatory guidelines in the rehab setting
- Previous leadership experienced preferred
- Neuro-therapy certification preferred but not required
