Brad Ellis joined Kaye/Bassman as a Senior Search Consultant in 2006 within the Healthcare Practice, and was named a Partner in 2007. He was initially responsible for leading the ongoing growth and market development of Kaye/Bassman’s national Pharmacy, Therapy, and Nursing Specialty Practices...He is now the Healthcare Division Leader for Kaye/Bassman, and responsible for the entire Healthcare Practice  which includes Academic Physicians, CRNA, Finance, Information Management, Information Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioners, Senior Health, and Therapy.

Brad has developed an impeccable track record centered on the successful completion of single and multiple staffing projects and repeat client relationships throughout the country.

Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman, Brad had a progressive 13 year career in the healthcare industry starting as a Respiratory Therapist then becoming Director of Cardiopulmonary for a Dallas based HCA hospital. He began recruiting in 2000 and was consistently one of the top producers at his previous firm where he was promoted to General Manager after setting records in both personal and team production within all areas of the healthcare industry. He is recognized as an industry expert by Military.com, Wall Street Journal, Monster.com, Fordyce Magazine, and several other industry sites.
