Christine Alan has built a successful career serving the pharmaceutical industry as an executive search consultant.  She joined the company in 1989, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
During her nineteen-year tenure with Kaye/Bassman, she has placed hundreds of physician scientists from Associate Directors to Chief Medical Officers.  She has consistently ranked as one of the top search consultants in the nation.

Christine’s clients include a select group of multi-billion dollar drug companies and promising biotechnology organizations.  Astute leaders seek her in-depth industry knowledge and seasoned counsel.  Christine’s acumen enables companies to excel via acquisition of superior talent.  She only accepts a small number of searches each year in order to provide exceptional service and results for her partner organizations.  

Christine’s success is further enhanced by cultivating long-standing relationships with passive candidates that are savvy enough to consider compelling opportunities.  Her passion is truly making a difference in the lives of others, striving to be an inspiration through her actions and positive attitude.  In October of 2007, Christine joined a group of cancer survivors, mountaineers and musicians in climbing higher than the base camp of Mt. Everest, just six short months after overcoming her own battle with cancer.

Christine resides in north Dallas with her husband and children. She is an aspiring writer who also enjoys reading non-fiction, yoga, amateur photography and traveling.
