Eric Dickerson leads one of the strongest healthcare teams in the nation. His background with quality and process improvement has allowed him to be extremely effective at each search he has accepted. Over the past seven years at Kaye/Bassman, Eric’s specialty areas have ranged through out healthcare and include Academic Radiology and Anesthesiology, HIM, Informatics and Information Systems. The titles have ranged from Chairman and CIO’s to Chiefs and Directors, to Managers, Project Managers and Consultants.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. His areas of emphasis were in business management, psychology and communications. He is a certified trainer in Quality and uses this process to help improve customer service for clients ranging from hospitals to healthcare outsourcing and consulting. Eric has over twenty years experience with behavioral based interviewing techniques and has conducted numerous regional and national salary surveys.

Before joining Kaye/Bassman, Eric held the position as President & CEO of a major nonprofit organization. During the six years he was with this company, Eric led a 300% growth in customers serviced, 500% increase in revenue and the expansion into 17 new locations.
