Josef's areas of expertise and specialization are Information Management Systems, Project Management, B2B/B2C Technology, Web Design, E/Marketing and International Information Systems Management. For over 5 years Josef has managed Kaye/Bassman's Networks, Infrastructure, Websites, CRM and brought Kaye/Bassman to higher levels of operating efficiency after implementing Mission-Critical processes and implementing Disaster Recovery Plans. Josef has been an integral part in effectively positioning Kaye/Bassman as one of the most technologically advanced search firms in the nation and proudly leverage on the constant input of all sales and support departments in order the set the pace, growth and technological direction of Kaye/Bassman. Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman in 2001, Josef had been a 10-year consulting veteran engaged by major companies in the United States, including Puerto Rico. His consulting assignments focused on Project Management at a national and International Level, E-Marketing and Web Architecture, Supply Chain Management, LAN Administration and Customer Support Center Management. Josef has successfully completed contract assignments for many prestigious organizations including IBM, Southwest Airlines, MCI/WorldCom International, US Army Corp Of Engineers (DOD) and others. Josef has gained experience in the ancillary fields of Marketing, Web Marketing, Program Management and Telecommunications. His work has taken him to multiple international locations and had the privilege of managing one of the rapid response IT support teams during the Interamerican games held in Puerto Rico during 1992. Josef has also been a member of the Executive Advisory Council for the School Of Engineering at SMU in Plano, Texas. Josef lives in Dallas with his Fiancée Stephanie and his step-dog Jasper. He is a freelance Chef, plays multiple musical instruments, enjoys design and graphic arts, volunteer community work and mountain biking. He played 2nd violin at the youth symphonic orchestra of Caguas, Puerto Rico and was a Boy Scout of many years.
