Holly Wittenberg joined Kaye/Bassman in 1998 as a Project Coordinator and quickly rose through the ranks becoming a Search Consultant in 2002 and a Partner in 2003.  As a member of the Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Specialty Practice, she placed Oncologists in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry. 

Holly expanded her role in 2007 by leading the business development effort for Next Level Recruiting Training (a division of Kaye/Bassman dedicated to helping search firms and recruiters take their practice to the next level). 

Holly has played an integral role in the creation of Kaye/Bassman’s Charitable Foundation, as well as, chairing Kaye/Bassman’s Charity Committee.  She also serves on the Board of Directors of Attitudes & Attire™ (a non-profit agency dedicated to promoting personal growth for women seeking self-sufficiency).

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Texas A&M University and is a certified Image Consultant and a member of the Association of Image Consultants (AICI).

Holly lives in Plano, TX with her husband, son and two dogs.
