Welcome to Kaye/Bassman.  The recruiting field was still in its infancy when we opened our doors in 1981. The idea of becoming the largest single site search firm in the country was a distant dream. Although much has changed in that time, our mission of positively impacting companies and enhancing careers remains our calling.
