Bill Baker joined Kaye/Bassman in 1993 and has built, developed and led some of our most productive teams. His search expertise crosses many areas of specialization.

Bill leads the Insurance Brokerage Specialty Practice, one of Kaye/Bassman’s highest performing business units. He specializes in attracting and landing leadership and top producing talent for insurance brokerage firms in the areas of employee benefits and property & casualty. Bill has also been on the forefront of implementing our Mergers and Acquisitions Specialty Practice, having participated in over 100 million dollars worth of acquisitions during the past three years.

Bill was ranked in the top 5 in national network of 4,000 recruiters from 1997 to 2000 and garnered the first and second spots from 2001-2005.
