Krista Kittelson joined Kaye/Bassman in 1998 and has built her career serving the construction industry. Krista and practice partner Mike Kittelson personally serve general contractors, specialty contractors and developers across the eastern portion of the United States. Since their team's inception, they have generated over $12 Million in search fees and completed over 800 search assignments ranging from field personnel to executive level professionals. Krista and her team's commitment to both clients and candidates have resulted in unprecedented success. The team broke a Kaye/Bassman record in 2005 by achieving the highest revenue in company history, evidence of their unwavering dedication to the construction industry.

In 2000 and 2001, Krista was named Project Person of the year and was promoted to Junior Partner in 2002. She was named Junior Partner of the Year in 2003 and achieved Partner status in January 2004.

Krista was graduated from University of Texas at Arlington in 1996 with a Bachelors of Arts in English. Prior to beginning her career with Kaye/Bassman, Krista was a Sales Representative for a Dallas staffing firm. Krista practices the philosophy of professionally serving her clients and candidates with a dedication to building long-term relationships.

Krista currently lives in Allen, Texas with her husband, three children and two dogs.
