Jeff joined Kaye/Bassman in 1998 as a Team Leader within the firm's Construction & Real Estate Specialty Practice.  In 2000 he was named a
Partner and went on to build not only one of the most successful search teams in the firm's history but also the Construction & Real Estate Specialty Practice into the largest of all the practice areas.  In 2006 he began transitioning off his practice to assume greater leadership responsibilities within the firm.  In 2008 he was named Chief Leadership Officer and became a member of the firm's Executive Team responsible for helping determine the overall strategic direction, governance, organizational development, and talent acquisition for Kaye/Bassman International, Kaye/Bassman Communications, and Next Level Recruiting Training.

Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman, Jeff was responsible for leading two divisions for one of the fastest growing privately held companies in America.  Prior to that, Jeff held positions as Director of Leasing and Director of Trade Shows for the Dallas Market Center.

Jeff received his bachelor of business administration degree from the University of North Texas.  He serves on the Professional Leadership Program's advisory board at the University of North Texas, Attitudes & Attire's board and is involved in Kaye/Bassman's Charitable Foundation.
