David joined Kaye/Bassman in 1998 and has worked exclusively in the Construction Specialty Practice. His area of expertise and specialization is the search and recruitment of professionals for the western United States in commercial construction, specialty contractors, and real estate development firms. David’s commitment to the west coast construction industry has earned him the reputation and respect of clients and candidates throughout the west.

David’s clients engage him to complete search assignments for executive leadership roles including CEO, CFO, COO, and regional management. He is also relied upon for locating and landing the nation’s most sought-after Project Executive, Project Manager, Superintendent, Business Development and Estimator talent.

Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman, David was Vice President of the Southwest Region for Ruppman Marketing Services, Inc. (RMS). David was graduated from St. Mary’s College with a Bachelors of Arts in Management and Marketing and played on the St. Mary’s Basketball team all four years. David is married and has three daughters. He enjoys spending quality time with family in addition to golfing, softball, basketball, water volleyball and hunting with his father and brothers.
