Non-search Experience
Our interview process begins with a conversation with our Corporate Recruiter followed potentially by a combination of meetings with select Partners and Project Staff.  Some of our most successful recruiters came to us with experience in an outbound sales capacity, including retail, food service, hospitality, or college athletics – even if they had never recruited before.  Each conversation will provide an opportunity for us to understand your experiences and interest in Kaye/Bassman.

Search Experience
Our interview process begins with a conversation with a member from our Executive team followed potentially by meetings with select Partners. Each conversation will focus on the synergy created by blending our Infrastructure, Culture and Compensation together with your existing practice.  Our proven track record and model for success allows us to partner our existing best practices with your own – creating an exponential growth opportunity for you and your business.
