Kaye/Bassman International an executive recruiting and search firm has appointed Shane Graham as the practice leader of the firm’s insurance specialty practice. Mr. Graham joins Kaye/Bassman from The Graham Group which he founded in 2000 to provide executive search services exclusively to the insurance industry.

Mr. Graham will be responsible for determining the practice’s overall strategic direction. “We are extremely fortunate to add a search professional of Shane’s caliber given the depth of his industry and leadership experience and look forward to him strengthening our position within the search and insurance industries,” said Jeff Wittenberg, managing director.
