Kaye/Bassman Posts 21 Percent Increase in 2008 |
Plano, Texas based executive search firm Kaye/Bassman International has recorded $10.3 million in revenues for the first six months of 2008, a 21 percent gain from a year ago. The firm has expanded into a variety of new industry practice areas, with significant increases in its healthcare and energy practices.
"The economy, although rocky at times, still has a solid foundation by which we can grow. Picking the right industries in which to practice is key to the success," said Jeff Kaye, CEO. "It is our experience that our clients will work with a lot of talented recruiters in a good economy. As times get tight and more difficult, they limit the field.
Those organizations that truly specialize in a targeted micro-niche practice will secure larger percentages of what may be a shrinking market in the short run." Kaye/Bassman International currently ranks as the nation's 12th largest executive search firm, according to Hunt-Scanlon Advisors' rankings reports.
