Bradley's area of expertise and specialization is in the search and recruitment of senior healthcare finance professionals for hospitals and healthcare systems throughout North America. Frequently engaged by some of the leading healthcare organizations in America, his search assignments focus on executive leadership including CEO, CFO, Controller, Vice President of Finance, and Revenue Cycle / CBO Directors. He has completed successful searches for a multitude of clients ranging from large integrated systems to stand alone county facilities, large physician groups and surgery centers.In addition to leading the one of the few search practices in America devoted exclusively to healthcare finance, Bradley is an international best-selling business author, professional speaker and recruiting and career development expert whose counsel has helped guide the recruiting efforts of such leading companies as Southwest Airlines, Raytheon, AT&T and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Author of five books, including two (2) national best sellers, Career Comeback (Broadway/RandomHouse) and Jobsmarts for Twentysomethings (Vintage/RandomHouse) Richardson's career advice has been published in (11) countries and (4) languages and sold well over 100,000 copies worldwide.

Since joining Kaye/Bassman as a Search Consultant, Richardson has broken several long standing Kaye/Bassman records, most notably becoming the first person in our twenty year history to achieve Partner status in their first full year without having prior search experience.
Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman, Richardson served as National Manager of The Wall Street Journal's official career website CareerJournal.com. Before that he founded two consulting firms devoted to recruiting and human resource consulting. A frequently sought after speaker, he has presented to thousands of job seekers, career changers and the company's that hire them at conferences and seminars throughout the country. His other works include the audio book of JobSmarts for TwentySomethings (Random House Audio). Bradley is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he majored in Communication and was a varsity tennis player and letterman for the Sooners. Today, Richardson lives in Dallas and is the father of three children, Samantha (14), Skylar (12) and Tyler (9).
