Christine Alan brings an uncommonly long and successful career as a professional Search Consultant-serving the pharmaceutical industry for twenty years!  During her tenure with Kaye/Bassman International, she has positively impacted companies and candidates alike by placing hundreds of scientists and physicians from Associate Directors to Chief Medical Officers.
 
By design, clients include a small group of global drug companies and promising biotechnology organizations. Astute leaders seek her deep industry knowledge, seasoned counsel and no-nonsense approach.  She only accepts a small number of searches each year in order to provide exceptional service and results. In the age of the Internet, almost anyone can identify qualified candidates. However, it takes Christine’s solid experience and credibility to consistently deliver top talent. Her success is further enhanced by cultivating long-standing relationships with respected passive candidates.

Christine’s passion is truly making a difference in the lives of others. She is a cancer “thriver” that strives to inspire through her actions and positive attitude. Having hiked to the summit of Kala Patthar (18,519 feet) in the Nepalese Himalayas and Mount Kilimanjaro (19,341 feet) in Tanzania, Christine believes in setting sites high! 


Christine resides in Dallas with her daughter, son and five rescue dogs-four Chihuahuas and a Pomeranian. She enjoys hiking, reading, and writing and is a certified Yoga instructor.
