Jerry joined Kaye/Bassman in 1995 and subsequently helped build Kaye/Bassman’s Healthcare Information Technology Practice,  the Academic Radiology/Physician Practice, and the Healthcare Finance search practice nationally over a 15 year search tenure.   Now Jerry devotes all of his search efforts in the recruitment and placement of sales, operations, and consulting professionals who deal with revenue management in some capacity at varied levels in both the hospital and large physician practice space.  Professionals that Jerry and his team place are experienced in developing and sustaining deep client relationships, in defining resource requirements, in project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.  Clients include small to mid size firms, on up to Big 4 consulting organizations, areas of specialization encompassing:   Revenue Cycle, Claims Processing, Audit & RAC, Clinical Operations, I.T. & Medical Records, and more.

Jerry has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Detroit. In his free time he enjoys all sports, exercise and weight training. With origins in Buffalo, New York and Detroit, Michigan, he now resides in the Dallas, Texas suburb of Plano, is married, and has a son currently attending Oklahoma State University.
