Shane Graham is the Practice Leader of the Insurance Practice at Kaye/Bassman. Shane joined the firm in 2007 and as a result, the client base has doubled and now provides recruiting and search services within four separate units: Brokerage, Carrier, TPA and Wholesale.
Shane became a Managing Partner in 2008 and leads one of the fastest growing practices in the country as well as within Kaye/Bassman.
His career in sales began during his undergraduate studies at Kilgore University and Baylor University. He has devoted the majority of his professional career to sales and sales management, to later include general management and operations.
Shane’s track record of success began in 1998 by founding a boutique recruiting and search firm specializing in elite high-performing producers in the insurance industry. Two years later, he became a part of a recruiting network of offices and quickly built his Dallas area office to a level of top recognition and performance awards. He attributes this success to the commitment to a plan focusing exclusively on the insurance industry.
