Tiffany serves pharmaceutical, biotech, and contract research organizations in the research and development area. Since 1991, Tiffany has been an executive search professional with Kaye/Bassman. She co-directs the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Practice, leading a team of seasoned Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Research Associates.
She was consistently ranked in the top 10 in a national network of 4000 recruiters from 1995 to 2005. Tiffany's success is built upon the establishment long-term relationships with candidates and clients and proven success during her fifteen-year tenure.
Tiffany received her Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the University of Texas in Austin. Tiffany resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband and favorite pooch Gracie.
