Mike Kittelson joined Kaye/Bassman in 1995 and serves the construction and development industries. He primarily conducts searches at both the field and executive level throughout the eastern United States. Mike’s clients include commercial, industrial, multi-family, and high-rise general contractors and developers.

Mike, along with his team, has successfully completed over 700 searches ranging from field personnel to executive level. He was ranked #1 in the country in 1999 and 2000 and has been ranked among the top ten nationally among a network of 5,000 executive recruiters. His team has staffed entire construction projects and assisted key clients in opening branch/satellite offices. He boasts long-term staffing partnerships as evidenced by completing over 185 searches for one prestigious client organization. He provides his clients insight on issues such as employee retention, Internet recruiting strategies, compensation surveys, performance appraisals, interviewing, and leadership training. Mike is frequently asked to speak to other search professionals throughout the country, consult with clients on market trends and publish in industry specific trade publications. He also speaks with graduating construction students at various colleges and universities on a yearly basis.

Mike currently lives in Allen, Texas with his wife, three children and two dogs and enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
