Rick Walls is a Partner at Kaye/Bassman International, responsible for leading the ongoing growth and market development in Commercial Real Estate throughout the Western United States.

Mr. Walls’ clients include Commercial Real Estate Developers, Asset Management, Acquisition & Investment, Construction Management and Corporate Construction Services. His team has completed searches for the following functional positions: Chief Executive, Executive Leadership, Financial Management, Senior Development, Acquisition, Construction and Real Estate Management and Project/Asset Management.

He has established relationships with repeat clients and is committed to expediting the introduction of passive candidates through his deep network. He will expose his clients to market insights that can impact their knowledge of market conditions and competitive positioning in the marketplace. Mr. Walls approach is best described as having a genuine interest in the priorities of his clients & candidates.

Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman, Mr. Walls had a progressive 20 year career in the Commercial Construction industry. His career experience includes Sales & Management in building materials, construction services, and consulting.
