Ryan specializes in helping his clients identify, attract, and retain the top talent in the Construction and Development industry.  He and his team focus in the central United States and have clients ranging from start-up specialty contractors to large national development firms.  Ryan has extensive experience in working with candidates in the areas of executive leadership, project management, field operations, and pre-construction. 
 
Ryan joined Kaye/Bassman in 2004.  Since joining the team, his practice has produced over $5 Million in search fees.  He was the Project Person of the year in 2006 and began leading the team as a Practice Partner in 2007.  In January of 2008, Ryan became a Managing Partner in the firm. 
 
Ryan had six years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps and started his civilian career as a recruiter in the technology industry.  After three years with a national staffing organization Ryan left the recruiting industry to work for a Fortune 500 software company.  Ryan spent four years in software sales before returning to his passion and joining Kaye/Bassman’s Construction Search practice.
 
Ryan lives in McKinney, Texas with his wife Laurel and their three boys Grayson, Carson, and Hudson. Ryan is actively involved with his church and family.  Weather permitting you will find Ryan on the road bicycling. He’s ridden hundreds of miles to helped raise funds for the Lance Armstrong Foundation, MS Society, and other local charities.
