Shawn Desgrosellier is Chief Leadership Officer of Kaye Bassman International and serves on the Executive Committee. He is responsible for strategic initiatives, growth, new market development, hiring, training, and career development organizationally.

Mr. Desgrosellier began his career in the Executive Search industry in 1992 and for the past 16 years has personally been responsible for completing Mid-Management, Senior Management, and C-Suite assignments in multiple specialty market segments.

In 2000, he joined Kaye/Bassman. He was named Kaye Bassman International’s Consultant of the Year for 2001. He was promoted to Partner in 2003. In 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 his personal practice was ranked in the “Top 10” out of a network of over 5,000 recruiting professionals worldwide. He has a track record of long-term recruiting partnerships and as evidence of completing large scale hiring projects and repeat search engagements with client companies.

Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman, Mr. Desgrosellier was the Vice President for a leading search firm located in the Northwestern United States. In his 8 years with this firm, he completed a high volume of complex assignments in Financial Management including: Director, President, CFO, Division President, and Controller level assignments across multiple industry segments.

Mr. Desgrosellier consults with his clients, both internally and externally these days, providing insight to their specific market conditions & challenges, national & economic trends, employee retention strategies, interview coaching, compensation, and executive coaching. He is also very active with Next Level Recruiting Training, a division of Kaye/Bassman International, www.nlrtraining.com where he consults with third party executive search consultants on continuing education, executive coaching, and performance management. In 2007 was involved in speaking engagements in San Francisco, New York, Hong Kong, and Prague facilitating best practice strategies in the Executive Search industry.
