Pediatric Surgery

Call is for Pediatric Surgery service only, with no General Surgery or Trauma call. Our team of three physician assistants and rotating general surgery residents provide full-time front line coverage. Inpatient care is delivered at Wolfson Children’s Hospital, located directly adjacent to our clinic. The 180 bed facility includes a 20 bed PICU and 48 Level 2 and 3 NICU beds, with 24 hour critical care coverage.  All pediatric surgery specialties are represented including 24/7 in-house pediatric hospitalist coverage and 18 pediatric anesthesiologists. Medical Staff Physicist

Seeking a medical physicist to join the Division of Radiation Oncology, Department of Radiological Sciences. This is a faculty position in a well-established department that includes Translational Imaging Research, Radiation Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, and Nuclear Medicine/Molecular Imaging. Qualified candidates must have a Ph.D. in Physics or an equivalent area of study pertinent to medical physics, be board eligible/certified, and have a strong interest in clinical research demonstrated by a publication record commensurate with experience. An established ability to obtain extramural funding is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be expected to participate and/or provide significant leadership in the advanced clinical and research programs in image-guided IMRT, radiosurgery, brachytherapy, motion management, dosimetry, quantitative imaging, and proton therapy. Read more…

Chief of Breast Imaging 

 Seeking a Chief of Breast Imaging. Applicants must be fellowship trained, ABR certified, and have a strong interest in academic pursuits. The ideal candidate selected for this position will have extensive experience in the field, as well as leadership and research experience. The candidate will have expertise in all aspects of breast imaging, including ultrasonography, MRI, and stereotactic biopsy. Other responsibilities include overseeing screening and diagnostic mammograms, ultrasound, needle localization, stereotactic core biopsy and MR of the breast. Read more…
