Reporting to the respective regional Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager, Dallas, holds a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about surveillance and is highly customer focused and efficient.
The SOC Technician II is responsible for monitoring network and application availability, troubleshooting, incident response and/or escalation for all users contacting the 24x7x365 SOC environment. The SOC Tech is the first level escalation point for all customer issues and coordinator for all internal activities related to these issues. Being detail oriented and extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously is key to having success in this position.
