The Project Quality Control Manager is responsible for and dedicated to quality control on site managing an effective project Quality Control System. Provides the necessary supervision, inspections and tests of all items of work, including subcontractors, vendors and suppliers with the applicable quality standards, contract drawings, and specifications and ensures that construction complies with the requirements of the Contract through commissioning and final acceptance.
The Vice President of the Western Region manages the Regional Construction team in the Construction Group assisting with the coordination of design consultants, managing the General Contractor in preconstruction through construction and closeout. Works with Counsel to create and implement all contract documents. Responsible for negotiating the terms of the contracts with Department Head for all General Contractor/Owner agreements. Assume the responsibility for meeting project management standards while delivering a high quality of service and project deliverables while staying on schedule and within budget.
Responsible for soliciting, reviewing and verifying General Contractors budgets for new Development projects to ensure they are accurate and complete. Working with the Construction team they will identify specific milestones to ensure estimates are within budget. Develop and maintain construction cost database for new and completed projects.
