Our team’s industry experience ranges from processed meats, alternative proteins, dairy, candy, beverage, cannabis, snacks and baking manufacturing to many successful menu items in the Restaurant industry- and even leading innovation teams with some of the world’s major CPG companies. In addition the team has senior level strategic responsibility for Innovation, R&D, product development, core product maintenance, culinary innovation, and Quality Assurance / Quality Control. The team has direct responsibility for implementing Lean Manufacturing and Lean Extended Enterprise across the entire value stream.
