Our expertise encompasses the complete product life cycle from ideation through commercialization. Our team’s industry experience ranges from salty snacks, bakery, RTE cereal, and processed meats to many successful menu items in the Restaurant industry. In addition, the team has experience in senior management and strategic level responsibility for Innovation, R&D, product development, core product maintenance, culinary innovation, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control.

The team also has experience in the direct implementation of Lean Manufacturing and elements of Lean Extended Enterprise across the entire value stream.
