The Development Manager will be responsible for the execution of assigned healthcare projects and every phase of the development process. This position will manage interactions among contractors, design consultants, partners, and attorneys to solve and accomplish goals. The Development Manager would have a healthy track record as a project manager and a strong understanding of all aspects of development.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage multiple projects that include medical office and healthcare property types.
• Manage all phases of project management and ground-up development/renovation projects including engineering, designing, permitting, and construction of development projects through project close-out.
• Assists the VP of National Development Services in the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contract agreements.
• Gather and analyze market data, demographic and population information, comparable property information, and economic activity of potential new project locations.
• Prepare monthly reports for clients. Creates project overview and status report presentations for clients’ administration, Board and Board Committees.
• Obtains required public project approvals (CON, Zoning, Annexation, Site Plan Approval, Wetlands, other Processes).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate development, including areas of MOB.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of construction and design in Healthcare and Mixed-Use projects.
