Joining a collaborative team with subspecialty integration, dedicated mid-level support, and robust clinical infrastructure, you will enjoy immediate patient demand, dedicated OR block time, and true clinical autonomy—all backed by a highly respected Level 1 trauma regional medical center.






##### Opportunity Highlights








- **Balanced Clinical & Procedural Flow:** Enjoy a structured Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) featuring 2–3 dedicated OR block days per week.

- **Robust Support Team:** Work alongside 1 Head & Neck/Facial Trauma Specialist, 2 General ENT Physicians, 2 Audiologists, and multiple Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

- **Comprehensive Scope:** Perform high-demand procedures including eustachian tube dilation, head/neck biopsies, sinus procedures, and routine general ENT care.

- **Manageable Call:** Shared 1:4 call schedule (one week per month covering phone and in-person calls).

- **Manageable Volume:** See an average of 20–30 patients per day in clinic.















##### Compensation & Financial Package








- **Base Compensation:** Packages starting at **$525,000** financial guarantee, plus substantial long-term growth upside.

- **Signing Bonus & Incentive:** Up to $150,000 bonus package.

- **Stipend Support:** Monthly residency/fellowship training stipend available for early signers.

- **Relocation Assistance:** Up to $10,000.

- **Time Off & CME:** 35 days of paid time off (PTO) during the guarantee period + $5,000 annual CME allowance.

##### Candidate Qualifications








- **Board Certification / Board Eligibility:** BC/BE in Otolaryngology required.

- **Experience Level:** Open to experienced physicians as well as new graduates (formal mentorship available).

- **Visa Sponsorship:** Qualified J-1 and H-1B visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
