Job Title: Manager Global HCP Marketing – Digital Med Device

A high-growth biotech company is expanding to support its market leading products that have grown double-digit YOY for several years. The wearable digital products provide real time monitoring of a chronic medical condition that affects over 10% of the US population. The product is disruptive, highly effective and well-reimbursed.
The Opportunity
The Global Manager will launch and grow adoption of these professional products, identify market trends and work closely with the marketing and sales organizations to ensure successful adoption. You’ll lead global conference strategy and work closely with regional marketing teams as they adapt materials for local use. You’ll also focus on brand planning and driving adoption with health care practitioners.
The type of person who will excel in this role is someone who likes working on high-profile, high-visibility products and has marketing experience working with an HCP audience. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues from other departments, including brand marketing, sales planning, finance, forecasting and pricing. The high visibility of the position and the products means there are significant opportunities for career development and advancement. Travel is estimated at 10%.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- 4+ years of marketing in medical device, pharma or healthcare or an advertising agency in the space
- Experience managing agencies and vendors
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred
A highly competitive base salary is provided, along with a yearly cash bonus, generous 401k match, and a comprehensive benefits package. The anticipated base salary is $110,000-$220,000.
This position will be based at the San Francisco Bay Area company HQ. Financial assistance is available for relocation support.
