The Operations Manager has leadership responsibilities over Project Management and Field Operations, leading the north Texas business unit. This person will exhibit insightful and proactive thinking skills with the ability to plan, articulate, and implement strategic initiatives. The Operations Manager will have a commitment to personal safety which supports the company’s objectives to ensure compliance through working with operations staff to create a safe work environment. This role encourages and actively demonstrates collaboration across the organization showing the ability to monitor project schedules and get work done effectively with others while positively impacting the client. This leadership position develops employees through coaching, mentoring, and effective use of training resources to assure a ready talent pool to fulfill staffing needs. A sound decision-making mentality and performance of consistently meeting financial targets for all aspects of business in a client-centered team-oriented environment is required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related degree
• Minimum of 10-years construction experience and 5-years of direct management/leadership experience
