The project Manager is responsible for overall project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop objectives and assign individual responsibilities.
• Hold regular status meetings with all the sub teams.
• Develop cost-effective plans & schedules for completion of projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and laborers.
• Inspection of construction sites.
• Monitor budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Review the delivery prepared by the team before passing onto client.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of commercial experience managing medium to large, complex and/or multiple jobs at one time.
• Experience managing medium to large, complex and/or multiple jobs at one time in Life Sciences projects.
