A vertically integrated developer and general contractor specializing in the construction of industrial warehouse and distribution facilities across the United States. The firm develops and delivers large-scale logistics, fulfillment, and distribution projects, managing the full lifecycle from development through construction with a focus on efficiency, quality, and schedule performance.
Position Summary
• Responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Serves as the primary leader overseeing project execution, safety, financial performance, scheduling, and documentation
• Acts as the main point of communication between clients, subcontractors, internal teams, and project stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
• Lead projects from initiation through completion
• Serve as the primary client contact and relationship manager
• Communicate project progress and milestones to stakeholders
Financial Management
• Manage project budgets, contracts, change orders, and pay applications
• Support preconstruction activities including buyout and value engineering
Scheduling & Coordination
• Partner with the Superintendent to develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
Documentation & Reporting
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, plan sets, and project logs
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Safety & Quality
• Ensure compliance with project safety plans and jobsite safety standards
• Monitor quality and construction standards during execution
Project Closeout
• Manage punch list completion and final project closeout
• Coordinate delivery of O&M manuals and turnover documentation

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
