Job Summary: Our client is seeking an individual with a solid background in spine technology sales and a deep clinical understanding to join their team as a Sales Representative/Spine Specialist. This role demands a self-driven, assertive professional who excels in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight.


Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with a diverse customer base, including surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement departments.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our cutting-edge technologies to potential and existing customers.
• Provide real-time support and consultation during surgeries and clinical settings utilizing our advanced medical products.
• Exceed sales targets by efficiently managing assigned territories and seizing market opportunities.
• Offer valuable customer feedback to shape future product developments and enhancements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings.
• Manage administrative tasks associated with sales, including database maintenance, report preparation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in spine hardware.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets in a medical device sales environment.
• Strong clinical acumen with the ability to effectively communicate complex technologies to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fostering productive customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as required.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; clinical background advantageous.
