As a Superintendent, you will oversee the project from pre-construction through project closeout.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire project lifecycle of life science, commercial interiors, hospitality, and technology projects, including preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases.
• Perform bid leveling, review estimates, and identify cost-saving opportunities for a diverse range of projects within our specialized sectors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Oversee field coordination, including subcontractor management, material procurement, and workforce allocation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting to senior management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of commercial construction experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in life science, commercial interiors, hospitality, or technology projects.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lives in the Seattle area, valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
