The Superintendent is responsible for all the field staff on a project and will ensure projects are built according to plans and specifications. This person will oversee the work of all vendors, trades, and subcontractors and is responsible, along with Project Manager, for having the material, tools/equipment, information and staff requirements on the jobsite in the proper place in a timely fashion. The Superintendent handles all correspondence and forms (i.e. daily reports, time sheets, safety reports, accident reports, etc).

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle including preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases.
• Perform bid leveling, review estimates, and identify cost-saving opportunities for a diverse range of projects within our specialized sectors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Oversee field coordination, including subcontractor management, material procurement, and workforce allocation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
