The construction Superintendent will be responsible for the coordination of the project, including on-site supervision, administration, and satisfaction of the client and design teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Safety Management & Quality Control
• Effective communication between project team, client, design team, vendors, and subcontractors
• Scheduling coordination
• Administration work, including completing required paperwork on-time, managing material quantities, equipment oversite, as-built drawings, and progress meetings
• Supervision duties
• Cost Control
• Miscellaneous as needed and assigned

Experience required:

• 4-years of multifamily Superintendent construction experience
