Job Title: Superintendent (Retail / Grocery)
Location: Dallas, TX
The Superintendent will lead the on-site execution of ground-up supermarket and big box retail construction projects. This person is responsible for day-to-day jobsite operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Enforcing safety protocols and site-specific safety plans

Coordinating subcontractors and field personnel

Managing construction schedules and daily reporting

Monitoring jobsite quality and productivity

Communicating with project managers, clients, and inspectors

Overseeing material deliveries and inventory
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience supervising ground-up commercial construction projects

Previous experience with grocery store or big box retail builds strongly preferred

Proficient in reading plans and managing schedules

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

A 4-year degree in construction management or related field is preferred, but not required
