Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a visionary AI strategy to support discovery and therapeutic development

- Provide leadership in single-cell sequencing data analysis and the development of computational tools that unlock biological insights
- Manage multiple high-impact projects while maintaining scientific rigor and transparency
- Communicate progress and key insights to stakeholders, ranging from technical experts to executives
- Build and manage budgets while driving innovation
Qualifications:
- PhD in a quantitative field, AI, or a related field, with significant experience in applying AI/ML to complex biological systems
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving AI innovation
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior leadership
- Strong publication record
