Job Title: Vice President, Development (Mixed-Use)
Location: Dallas, TX

The Vice President of Development will launch the development platform for a national real estate investment and development firm that owns, operates, and develops residential, commercial, and hospitality assets.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for overall success of commercial projects, from feasibility through execution
• Work with company President to development strategy and helps manage day-to-day development operations
• Identify and execute new development opportunities
• Prepare and report on budgets to ensure they are exceeded
• Ensure organizational compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee branding and marketing efforts

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial development projects in a mixed-use environment
• Managed developments more than 250ksq ft in size
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Knowledge of commercial contracts, leases, REA’s, POA’s and PSA’s
