FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Kaye/Bassman’s Bradley Richardson Gives Advice on Working with Search Firms
Plano, Texas, 8/5/2010: In an interview with ExecuNet’s Robyn Greenspan, Bradley Richardson offers the following advice on working with search firms: “As someone who has been on both sides (job seeker and executive recruiter) I can tell you that working with a search firm can be a daunting task for the uninitiated. I liken it to working with an attorney or a doctor. You don't use or need a recruiter (or an attorney) every day, but by the time you need one, it is often because you're in a situation that you can't get out of on your own and need professional help. You may have a general or vague idea what they do, but don't know exactly who to use or why one is better than another. You may not even know how to find one and then how to get them to pay attention to you.”
Bradley Richardson is a managing partner with leading executive search firm Kaye/Bassman International. He is the author of Career Comeback: 8 Steps to Getting Back on Your Feet When You're Fired, Laid Off or Your Business Venture Fails.
