The idea of becoming the largest single site search firm in the country was a distant dream. Although much has changed in almost 40 years, our mission of positively impacting companies and enhancing careers remains our calling.

What is next? In 2006, we unveiled Next Level Exchange dedicated to providing the highest quality recruiting training and recruitment professional services ever offered in our industry. Next Level is now recognized as the leading training organization for the search industry, with over one thousand clients in over thirty countries around the world. In 2006, we created Next Level Marketing Communications, dedicated to assisting our industry and clients with their marketing communication challenges. We are committed to elevating the overall competencies of those in our industry and as a result, the image of our profession.
