The Director of Development will oversee all aspect of land planning for private industrial & retail projects.

Responsibilities Include:

• Planning & Scheduling Public Infrastructure Projects to serve Private Developments
• Construction Administration in Private and Public Developments
• Due Diligence & Feasibility studies for Real Estate Transactions
• Consultant Coordination (Civil Engineers, Architects, Surveyors, etc.) – Public & Private
• Development Coordination with AHJ’s (Authority Having Jurisdictions) – Public & Private
• Easement & Encroachment Agreement Negotiations with Utilities and Landowners
• Estimating & Budgeting ground up projects and other various scopes of work – Public & Private Infrastructure
• Contract Negotiations – Public & Private
• The ability to identify and resolve critical path obstacles
• Review/Approval of Invoices and Pay Applications, Route to AP
• Cost Coding & Budget Tracking
• Quality Control of Pre-Development Projects
