Job Description

Executive with at least 15+ years of commercial construction focused on HIGHER EDUCATION.

Responsibilities

• Management of all project team members (project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinator).
• Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast-paced growth.
• Involved with cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Key point of contact with owner and architect.
• Support job site and self-perform work team.
• Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.
• Actively participate in regional operations (staffing, business planning, preconstruction efforts, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of fifteen years of related experience
• Project experience with K-14 Education, and Higher Education projects
• Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques
• Ability to seek out and find business opportunities
