Job Title: Pharmacist – Manager

- Manages all daily activities of department services.
- Supervise all Pharmacy Staff (Pharmacists and Technicians).
- Organizes clinical pharmacy services to ensure the pharmacy department provides patients optimal level of pharmaceutical care.
- Develops, implements, and maintains clinical pharmacy programs to ensure the use of safe and effective drug therapies which result in positive patient outcomes.
- Coordinates and prepares drug reviews for presentation to the Pharmacy, therapeutics and Drug Usage Committee (P&T).
- Manages Payroll and Scheduling for Pharmacy Department.
- Represents Pharmacy on committees as assigned (Department Leaders, Compliance, EHR, etc)
- Works with System Administrative – VP on key initiatives and planning
- 252,000 square ft campus.
