Bryan Wells is a Managing Partner at Kaye/Bassman’s Pharma and Biotech team with a focus on placing Discovery Biology, Data Science, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology roles including Director of Software Engineering, Chief Data Officer, VP of Human Genomics, VP of AI & Computational Biology, and many more across the data science spectrum.

Bryan’s expertise lies in identifying top-tier talent to drive innovation and long-term success in industries focused on saving or extending human life by partnering closely with venture capital and private equity firms, as well as companies in the Biotechnology, Biopharma, Pharma, and diagnostics sectors.

Bryan brings nearly 15 years of diversified expertise in executive recruitment, particularly in life sciences. Before joining Kaye/Bassman, Bryan served as the Founder and Managing Director of Dark Horse Talent, where he specialized in recruiting in the bioinformatics and computational biology market. With a keen eye for matching biotechnology talent with their ideal roles, Bryan transformed challenges into opportunities, earning accolades for his strategic approach and unwavering dedication to client success.

Bryan grew up in Massachusetts with his wife Lauren and they have two daughters. Bryan enjoys traveling, cooking, golfing, reading, and connecting with new people.
